Administration & Finance Division
This division is responsible for the internal administration and finances of the Ministry. It also provides certain centralised services for other public sector organisations.
Duties and Functions
• Implement Government
policy on employment within the ministry;
• Operate an effective human resource development plan for the staff of
the ministry;
• Liaise with Heads of Divisions concerning staff welfare;
• Efficient planning and administration of the Ministry’s budget;
• Payment of salaries, pensions and gratuities;
• Preparation of periodical reports on activities of the Division;
• Provision of office support services;
• The administration of expatriate staff accommodation, including the
maintenance of the pool of Government-owned houses, and the administration of
rented accommodation;
• Allocation of Government office accommodation
