Functions
• Responsible for
establishing, implementing and monitoring the terms and conditions of service
of public sector employees under the Public Service Orders;
• Responsible for the establishment of all Departments, Ministries and
parastatal organisations;
• Responsible for appointments, promotions, disciplinary measures and
terminations of appointment of government employees at Senior Executive level
and above. This is done under the aegis of the Public Sector Commission;
