The Human Resource Planning and Development

Vision: To provide opportunities for Seychellois to fully develop their potential and to meet the skills demands of the country’s socio-economic development.

Mission: To empower and harness the capabilities of all Seychellois for the development of a quality and multi-skilled workforce whose performance meets work requirements of the labour market.

General Objectives: Spearhead and co-ordinate human resource training and development nationally to achieve self sufficiency in knowledge and skills in all sectors of the economy.

The Division also serves as the Secretariat to the National Vocational Training Board. It formulates and reviews human resource planning and development policies.
